On Sunday, I facilitated an energetic clearing where I helped participants clear some blocks to doing what they love. Here’s what one of the participants said about it:

The energy work in this recording is designed to gently remove some energetic blocks that are in your path.
This is a deep, internal process, so don’t listen to this while driving or doing anything that requires your attention.
Also, remember that energy work is not a substitute for professional care of any kind (legal, financial, health, mental health, or otherwise).
When you listen to this recording, pretend it’s happening in real time. This makes it even easier to access the energies contained in the file.
I also recommend setting aside some time afterward to let the experience sink in.

A note on perfection:
Since I forgot to mute everyone, the audio isn’t perfect on this recording. I could have let this stop me from sharing the recording but decided that connection is much more important than perfection.
Perhaps people’s energy didn’t want to be muted—and that’s much more important than pristine quality. And perhaps hearing some background noise makes it easier for you to imagine that you’re live there with us.
So often, people let thoughts of perfection hold them back from giving their gifts. But instead of asking if something is perfect, it makes a lot more sense to ask if it is helpful.
